Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems that run it.
Product information
We make every reasonable effort to keep product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate. Images are for illustration, and colours, materials, and specifications may change as we improve our products. The details in your written quote take priority over the website.
Quotes and orders
Content on this website and replies to enquiries are not binding offers. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing. Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable, unless the quote states otherwise.
Delivery
Delivery times given on the website or in a quote are estimates. We deliver within South Africa through insured couriers, and collection from the Tactical Tailor facility is available by appointment. We will let you know as soon as possible if an order is delayed.
Warranty and returns
Our products carry a 12 month factory warranty on stitching, zipper function, and seam integrity. We will repair, replace, or refund any defect caused by manufacture. Damage from field use, misuse, or normal wear is assessed case by case. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where it applies.
Intellectual property
The Natures Shield name, logo, text, and product designs on this website belong to Natures Shield or its licensors. Photographs from other creators are credited in the footer. You may not copy or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Natures Shield is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
